Catalog
Your listings, projects, services and FAQs, everything the AI agent offers and answers from.
The catalog is your company's inventory inside PropDrop. The AI agent only offers what's in it. When a customer asks for a 3-bedroom apartment in New Cairo with 10% down, the agent searches your available listings and projects, and never invents a unit, price, payment plan or handover date.
So the more complete and accurate your catalog is, the better the agent answers and the faster customers get qualified.
What's in the catalog
| Section | What it holds | When the AI agent uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Listings | Units for sale or rent: specs, price, payment plans, photos | When a customer searches by purpose, type, area, budget, bedrooms, size or handover |
| Projects | Developer launches and compounds: unit types, prices, payment plans, handover, brochure | When a customer asks about a compound, a new launch or developer installments |
| Services | Valuation, mortgage advice, property management, legal & registration, finishing | When a customer asks about a service, its price, documents and timing |
| FAQs | Your company's official answers to common questions | When a customer asks something general about payment, documents or viewings |
Who can edit it
The owner and managers. Sales agents don't have access to the catalog in the dashboard.
Plan limits
- Available or reserved listings and active projects are capped by your plan.
- Drafts are always unlimited, so you can enter your whole inventory as drafts and activate what you want.
- When you hit the cap you'll see "You've reached your plan's limit" with a link to plans. The exact numbers are in Settings → Plan & billing in the app, and the +100 active listings add-on gives you more room. See Plans and Add-ons.
Your units are in a spreadsheet?
The Listing import add-on has the PropDrop team import your existing units from a sheet, one time. Request it from Settings → Plan & billing.
