It qualifies the lead
While chatting it collects the details you chose: buy or rent, property type, area or compound, budget, cash or installments, down payment, bedrooms… and scores the lead Hot, Warm or Cold.
Your team takes over
As soon as a lead is qualified your team gets a notification, and the lead shows up in the CRM as Qualified with a summary. If the customer asks for a person, or one of your handoff rules matches, the chat goes straight to your team (Needs you).
Viewing and deal
The agent takes a viewing request (a preferred day and time window); your team confirms the time. Once the deal closes, record it with its commission and payments in Deals.
