From sign-up to the AI agent's first reply to a real customer, in 6 steps.
This page is for the owner who just opened an account. Follow the steps in order, and you'll end up with an AI agent answering your customers from your real listings and projects.
1. Create your account
Sign up with email or Continue with Google, then confirm your email from the message we send. Details
2. Set up your company (4 steps)
Company name, WhatsApp number, country, AI dialect and business type, then the agent's name and tone, your plan, and team invites. The 14-day free trial starts as soon as the company is created. Details
3. Add your listings and projects
The agent only recommends what you've added. Add a few available units under Listings or projects under Projects, with prices and payment plans, and set them to Available or Active. Drafts never reach the agent. Listings · Projects
4. Tune the AI agent
On the AI agent page: the greeting message, the qualification fields you want collected, and your company's instructions (areas you cover, reservation terms, when to hand off). Details
5. Test it as a customer
Click Open the test chat and write like a customer would, e.g. "I want a 3-bedroom apartment in New Cairo, budget 5 million". Test chats don't create leads or use your AI conversations. Details
6. Connect a channel and go live
The easiest start: your Public chat link works with no setup. Put it in your bio or send it to customers. Then connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or Telegram from Channels & integrations. Channels

From now on every customer who messages you shows up in Conversations and the agent answers. When a lead is qualified you get a notification and find it in the CRM.
