Listings
Add a unit for sale or rent, set its price, payment plans and photos, and mark it Available so the AI agent recommends it.
Listings are the apartments, villas, shops and offices you sell or rent. As soon as a listing is Available, the AI agent starts recommending it to every customer whose request fits.

Add a listing
Click New listing
The listing is created as a draft and opens in the editor. Drafts don't count against your plan and aren't seen by customers or the AI agent.
Basics
- Purpose: For sale or For rent. For rent, pick a Rent period: Monthly, Yearly or Daily.
- Property type: apartment, villa, townhouse, twin house, duplex, penthouse, studio, chalet, office, shop, clinic or land.
- Listing name (Arabic) (required) and Listing name (English).
- Listing code: your internal reference, e.g. PD-1042. Must be unique.
- Project: if the unit is in one of your projects, pick it so the agent links it to the project's details. For a resale unit in a compound you haven't added, type the Compound name instead.
- City, Area and Location link (a Google Maps link the agent sends when someone asks where it is).
- Featured listing: shown first and recommended before others.
Specs
Size, land, garden, roof, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor (0 = ground floor), view, and Finishing (Core & shell, Semi-finished, Fully finished, Furnished).
Handover: Ready to move or Off-plan. For off-plan units, set the Expected handover. Tick Resale if the owner is selling, not the developer.
Price
The price the agent quotes (or the rent for the period you chose). Tick Negotiable if there's room: the agent says so and hands the customer to your team instead of negotiating itself.
Payment plans
Add one or more plans (down payment, installment years, handover payment…). See Payment plans.
Photos & video
JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB each and 20 photos per listing. The first photo is the cover; change it with Make cover. Photos save as soon as they upload. You can also add a Video link and a Virtual tour link.
Description and amenities
Describe what makes the unit special in plain words. Pick amenities from the list, or type a missing one and press Enter.
Save and make it Available
Save, then use Change status → Available. You'll see "Listing is available, the AI agent will start recommending it".
No price, no Available
A listing needs an Arabic name and a saved price before it can be Available. Otherwise you'll see "Add a price and save before marking the listing available."
Internal details: for your team only
This section is never shown on the public page or told to customers (it's marked "Internal, never shown to customers"):

Deals change the status for you
When a listing is linked to a deal, its status follows the deal: Reserved when the deal is reserved or contracted, Sold or Rented when it's completed, and back to Available if the deal is cancelled.
More in the list
- Search and filters: search by name, code, area or compound; filter by Sale or rent, Property type and Status.
- Duplicate: copies the listing as a draft with its payment plans, without photos. Handy for similar units in the same building.
- On public page: a switch that decides whether the listing shows on your public page while it's available or reserved.
- Delete: permanently removes the listing, its photos and payment plans. A listing linked to deals can't be deleted; archive it instead.
- Usage counter: at the top you'll see e.g. "12 of 50 available or reserved listings on your plan".
