Services
Add the services you offer, like valuation, mortgage advice, contract registration and finishing, with prices, documents and processing time.
Not every customer is looking for a unit. Some need a valuation, mortgage advice, a contract registered or a unit finished. Services let the AI agent answer those questions with a price, the documents needed and how long it takes, instead of "we'll get back to you".

Add a service
Basics
- Service name (Arabic) (required) and Service name (English).
- Category: Valuation, Mortgage advice, Property management, Legal & registration, Finishing & interiors, Other services.
- A description, e.g. "Registering the sale contract at the Real Estate Registry and following it up until the registered deed is issued."
Pricing
Choose the Pricing type:

Then the Unit: Per request, Per unit, Per month or Per m².
Cost is internal only and never shown to customers; it's used to show the Expected margin.
Processing time & documents
Processing time in days, and Required documents, one per line, e.g.:
- Copy of the national ID
- Original sale contract
- Latest electricity bill for the unit
The agent tells customers these documents and the timing.
AI instructions
Private notes on how to present the service, never shown to customers. E.g. "Say the processing time depends on the registry office, and suggest a viewing first if the customer hasn't seen the unit."
Save and turn it on
The service must be Active for the agent to offer it.
No price, no Active
A service needs a price before it can be active, unless pricing is On request.
Service statuses

If no service is active and a customer asks for one, the agent doesn't invent anything: it says a consultant can help.
On your public page
If the Services section is on in your public page sections, your active services show there with their prices. That section isn't included in every plan.
