FAQs

Write your company's official answers to common questions, and the AI agent answers customers from them in their own dialect.

"Where's your office?", "What documents do I need to reserve?", "Can I see the unit before deciding?". You hear these every day. Write the answer once in FAQs and the AI agent uses it with every customer, in their dialect.

QuestionAnswer
Can I pay in installments, and over how many years?Depends on the project; most plans start at 10% down over 6 to 8 years. We'll send you the exact plan for the unit you like.
What documents do I need to reserve a unit?A copy of your national ID or passport, plus the reservation deposit.
Can I see the unit before deciding?Of course. Tell us a day and time that suits you and the team will confirm the viewing.
How much is the deposit for renting?Usually one month's rent as a security deposit plus the first month in advance.

Don't put unit prices here

Unit prices and payment plans belong in Listings and Projects, so they stay up to date in one place. FAQs are for general information that rarely changes.

On, off and order

  • Active / Stopped: the agent only uses active questions. Stopped ones stay saved but are ignored. The header shows e.g. "8 of 10 active".
  • Order: Move up / Move down. The same order is used on your public page.
  • Search and filter: search questions and answers, filter by category.

Keep it focused

The agent reads up to 80 active questions. If you have more, stop old ones or merge similar questions.

On your public page

If the FAQs section is on in your public page sections, active questions show there as an accordion. That section isn't included in every plan.

How it fits with the rest

FAQs are part of the agent's knowledge base, alongside your company details, working hours and catalog. To change how the agent talks (not what it knows), use Instructions.
