Payment plans

Set the down payment, installment years and handover payment on a listing or project, and see how the AI agent turns them into installment amounts.

Most buyers' first question is "How much down, and how much per installment?". Payment plans let the AI agent answer with your real numbers, without inventing anything.

You can add payment plans in two places:

  • On a listing: the Payment plans section of the listing editor.
  • On a project: the Payment plans section of the project editor.

Who can do this: owner and managers.

Add a payment plan

Click Add payment plan

"Plan 1" appears. Add as many as you need (e.g. Cash, Launch plan, 8 years) and order them with Move up / Move down. The agent presents them in that order.

How the AI agent does the math

When a customer asks about a listing, the agent calculates from its price:

  • Down payment = price × down payment %.
  • Number of installments = installment years × installments per year.
  • Installment = (price − down payment − handover payment) ÷ number of installments.
  • Plus the monthly equivalent, so customers can compare easily.

Example: a unit at 4,000,000 EGP, 10% down, 8 years quarterly, 5% on handover: 400,000 down, 200,000 on handover, and the remaining 3,400,000 over 32 installments = 106,250 every quarter (about 35,400 a month).

A listing without payment plans?

If a listing has no plans of its own but is linked to a project, the agent uses the project's plans and calculates on the listing's price. When it presents the project itself, it calculates on the project's From price and says so.

The agent never invents

The agent explains plans exactly as written and never suggests a plan or discount you didn't add. If a customer wants to negotiate the price, the agent hands them to your team. Maintenance and cash discount are quoted as the percentages you entered.
