Projects
Add developer launches and compounds with unit types, prices, payment plans and handover, so the AI agent presents them correctly.
Projects are the launches and compounds you sell: developer, location, unit types, published payment plans and handover. If you're a developer sales team, this is probably your most important section. If you're a broker, use it for the projects you sell primary.

Add a project
Click New project
The project is created as a draft. Drafts are always unlimited.
Basics
- Project name (Arabic) (required) and Project name (English).
- Developer, e.g. Palm Hills Developments.
- Project code (internal).
- Project type: Residential, Commercial, Mixed use, Coastal or Administrative.
- The currency for the unit type prices.
- City, Area and Location link.
- Featured project: shown first and recommended before others.
Handover
Construction status: Off-plan, Under construction, Ready or Partially delivered, plus the Expected handover.
Not sure about the date? Leave it empty: the agent will say your team confirms it instead of guessing.
Unit types
For each type: property type, name (e.g. "Type B with garden"), bedrooms, Available (units left), size from/to, price from/to and finishing.
The project's From price is calculated automatically from the lowest unit type price after you save.
Payment plans
The project's published plans. The agent explains them exactly as written. See Payment plans.
Photos and brochure
Renders and site photos (the first one is the cover), and a PDF brochure up to 8 MB. The brochure shows on the project's page on your public page with a Download brochure button.
Description, amenities and internal details
Describe the project and pick its amenities. Instructions for the AI agent are for your team and the agent only, e.g. "Don't promise handover before Q3. Ground-floor units are in high demand, hand the customer to the team quickly."
Activate it
Use Change status → Active. You'll see "Project activated, the AI agent will start offering it".

Projects and listings
- When you pick a Project on a listing, the listing is linked to it, and the projects list shows e.g. "3 linked listings".
- When the agent presents a project, it also says how many units are available in it right now, and can show specific ones.
- If a listing has no payment plans of its own, the agent uses the plans of its project.
Deleting
Deleting a project permanently removes its unit types, payment plans, photos and brochure. Listings linked to it stay, without a project. A project linked to deals can't be deleted; archive it instead.
