Knowledge the agent uses
The agent only answers from your available listings, active projects, services, FAQs and company details.
The agent knows nothing about your company beyond what you've added to PropDrop. On the AI agent page, the Knowledge the agent uses card counts what you have of each kind and warns you when something is empty.

No available units?
If the card says "No available units, the agent can't recommend any", the agent still replies and collects details, but won't recommend a single unit. Add your listings or set them to Available.
Getting sharper answers
- Complete prices and payment plans. If a unit has no payment plan, the agent says a consultant will confirm the details instead of guessing. Payment plans
- Keep statuses current. As soon as a unit is reserved or sold, change its status and the agent stops recommending it immediately. If the unit is linked to a deal, its status follows the deal. Listings
- Write areas and compounds the way people say them. The agent searches with the customer's own words, in Arabic or English.
- Instructions for the AI agent inside a listing or project: things the agent should know but never say, e.g. "Don't promise handover before Q3".
- FAQs for policies. Questions like foreign ownership, registration fees or mortgages for non-residents are answered only from your FAQs; if there's no answer, the agent hands off. FAQs
What the agent never sees
Internal commission, the unit owner's contact details, drafts, and stopped or archived units. It never reveals the owner's minimum price or your margins either.

Each plan has a cap on active listings and projects. Drafts don't count. Plans
