Plans
What each PropDrop plan includes, and how to choose or change your plan.
Every plan includes the AI agent, the CRM and a public page for your company. The plans differ in seats, channels, listings and projects, and in extras like deals & commissions.
Every new company starts on the 14-day Free trial. After that you pick a paid plan: Starter, Growth or Pro.
Open Plan & billingPrices and conversation quotas
Paid plan prices and the number of AI conversations in each plan are shown in Settings → Plan & billing in the app. If a plan says Price on request, send the request and our team will contact you with the price and payment details.

"All" means website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram.
Public page sections: Starter has About us, Listings and Contact. Growth and the trial add Projects, Services, FAQs and Offers. Pro also adds Custom sections and Branches. See Public page.
Drafts never count
The listings limit only counts Available and Reserved listings, and the projects limit only counts active projects. You can add as many drafts as you like and publish them when there's room.
Choose or change your plan
Only an owner or manager can request a plan.
Open Plan & billing
In Settings, open Plan & billing. You'll see your current plan and this month's usage.
Pick a billing cycle
Under Choose a plan (or Change plan if you're already on a paid plan), pick Monthly or Annual. Annual comes with 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get the whole year.
Click Choose and send the request
Choose the plan and click Send request. The request appears under Waiting for activation.
Our team confirms and activates
The PropDrop team contacts you within one business day to confirm payment and activate the plan. You can Cancel the request while it's waiting.
No online payment
There's no card payment in the app yet. Requests go to our team, who confirm payment and activate them. Only one plan request stays open at a time; a new one replaces the old one.
Currency
Companies in Egypt pay in Egyptian pounds; everywhere else pays in US dollars. The currency is set from your company's country when the company is created.
WhatsApp message fees (if any) are paid to Meta directly, not to PropDrop.
Renewal
On a paid plan you'll see Renews on …. If the renewal date passes without a renewal, you'll see that renewal was due, and you should contact us to renew. Your plan is never downgraded automatically.
