Plans & billing

Free trial

14 days to try all of PropDrop, and what happens when the trial ends.

Your free trial starts as soon as you create your company on PropDrop, and lasts 14 days. No card or payment is needed to start.

What's in the trial?

The trial is close to the Growth plan, so you can try everything that matters:

  • 50 AI conversations for the whole trial.
  • 5 seats (members plus pending invites).
  • Every channel: website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram.
  • Up to 50 active listings and 3 active projects (drafts are unlimited).
  • Deals & commissions.
  • Comment replies on 2 posts.
  • A public page with up to 50 listings and full analytics.

Add-ons (extra seats, conversations and so on) aren't available on the trial. They open up once you're on a paid plan.

See how many days are left

In Settings → Plan & billing, the days left show next to your plan, with the trial's end date below. In the last 3 days, owners and managers also see a banner at the top of the dashboard.

When the trial ends

The AI pauses, your team carries on

The AI agent is paused until you choose a plan, and your team still receives every message. New chats go to your team marked Needs you. All your data (leads, listings, projects, deals) stays as it is.

You'll get a notification that the trial has ended and the AI is paused, and a red banner shows at the top of the dashboard.

Move to a paid plan

Choose a plan

In Plan & billing, under Choose a plan, pick Monthly or Annual and the plan that fits. You can do this any time during the trial; you don't have to wait for it to end.

Send the request

Click Send request. If you picked a paid plan while setting up your account, that request was already sent and you'll find it under Waiting for activation.

Our team activates it

The PropDrop team contacts you within one business day to confirm payment and activate the plan. As soon as it's active, the AI agent starts replying again.

Until the paid plan is activated, you stay on the trial with its limits.
