Add-ons
Add seats, conversations or listings, or let us set up Meta and import your units, without changing your plan.
Add-ons let you add just what you need without upgrading your whole plan. You request them in Settings → Plan & billing, under Add-ons.
Open Add-onsAdd-ons are available once you're on a paid plan. On the free trial you'll see them but can't request them.

Prices are shown next to each add-on in the app. If it says Price on request, send the request and we'll contact you.
Add-on or upgrade?
If you need just one thing more (say, a seat or two), an add-on is simpler. If you need more channels, deals & commissions, or several things at once, compare the plans.
Request an add-on
Only an owner or manager can request one.
Pick the add-on
Under Add-ons, click Request next to the one you need.
Set the quantity
For seats, conversations and listings, choose the Quantity (e.g. 2 = two seats or 200 conversations). You'll see the Total. One-time add-ons have a quantity of one.
Send the request
Click Send request. It appears under Waiting for activation, and our team contacts you within one business day to confirm payment and activate it.
Once active, the add-on shows under Your add-ons, and the limits in This month's usage go up right away.
How each type works
- Renews monthly (seats and listings): stays active as long as it's renewed. You'll see Renews on … next to it.
- This month only (conversations): added to the current month's limit and ends on the 1st of next month, Cairo time. Unused conversations don't roll over.
- One time (Meta setup and listing import): a service our team does once.
There's no online payment yet. Every add-on is activated after the PropDrop team confirms payment.
