Test the agent
Chat with the agent as a customer over your real listings, without creating leads or using AI conversations.
The test chat shows you how the agent answers buyers and tenants before it talks to real ones. Open it from the AI agent page → Open the test chat (owners and managers).
A real run with no side effects
The agent searches your real listings, projects and services exactly as it would for a customer, but test chats don't create leads, send notifications or use your AI conversations. You can test it even while the agent is off for customers.
Start a test
- Click New test.
- Write as a customer, or pick a suggestion:
- "عايز شقة 3 غرف في التجمع بميزانية 5 مليون"
- "فيه وحدات استلام فوري بالتقسيط؟"
- "3ayez a2ra fe el sheikh zayed, el moqadem kam?"
- "ممكن أعاين الوحدة يوم السبت الصبح؟"
- Keep going like a real customer: change the budget, ask about the down payment, ask for a viewing, ask for a person.
Earlier tests stay under Previous tests, and you can remove one with Delete test. Each test has a message limit; if you see "This test is full", start a new test.
What you see next to the chat

| Lead details collected | The property request as the agent understood it, the stage and score, and what's Still missing from your qualification fields. |
| Would happen for real | What would have happened with a real customer: saving details to the lead, a viewing request, qualifying the lead and alerting the team, or handing the chat to your team, plus who would be notified. |
If the agent gave a wrong price or fact, check What the agent did: you'll see where it came from, and the fix is usually in the listing or project itself.
Try different settings without saving
The Preview settings card changes this test only:
- Agent name, Dialect and Tone.
- Customer writes on: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or Website.
- Qualification fields.
- Instructions and Forbidden for the agent.
As soon as you change something you'll see Unsaved preview. These changes don't affect the live agent; if you like them, copy them to the AI agent page and click Save settings. To go back, click Back to saved settings.
Try your website chat as a customer
Want the exact customer view? Open your Public chat link from Website chat. Keep in mind it's a real chat: it creates a conversation (and a lead once the agent collects details) and counts toward your AI conversations.
