Persona
The agent's name, greeting message, dialect and tone with your customers.
The persona is the first thing a customer notices. Set it on the AI agent page → Persona card (owners and managers). After any change, click Save settings at the bottom.
Agent name
Agent name is the name it introduces itself with, e.g. "Nour from Skyline Properties". It's required; leave it empty and you'll see "Enter a name for the agent".
Greeting message
The Greeting message is the first line it opens every new conversation with, for example:
Welcome to Skyline Properties! Are you looking to buy or rent?
Keep it short with a question that gets the customer talking. It's optional: leave it empty and the agent greets in its own words.
Dialect

| Match the customer | Mirrors the customer: Egyptian for Egyptians, Gulf for Gulf customers, English if they write in English. |
Customers from different countries?
If you sell in Egypt and the Gulf, or have buyers from abroad, choose Match the customer. Either way, the agent understands Franco-Arabic and replies in Arabic script.
Tone

| Luxury | Refined, focused on privacy and exclusivity, no emojis. A good fit for villas and premium compounds. |
In every tone the agent writes short messages (2 to 5 lines), prices with clear numbers and the currency, e.g. "4,250,000 EGP", and sizes in m².
