Create your account
Sign up with email or Google, confirm your email, and move on to setting up your company.
The account is yours personally; the company is created right after, in the setup steps. Each account belongs to one company.
Sign up
- Open the PropDrop sign-up page.
- Click Continue with Google and pick your account.
- You go straight to company setup, no email confirmation needed.
No email?
Check Spam or Promotions. If you try to log in before confirming you'll see "Please confirm your email first". If the link is old or was already used you'll be told it has expired: just log in, or request a new link from Forgot password?.
Joining a company by invite?
If someone at your company sent you an invite link, don't create a new company. Open the link, log in or sign up with the same email the invite was sent to, and click Accept invite. You land in the dashboard with the role you were given. About invites
Forgot your password
- On the login page click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and click Send link.
- Open the message, pick a New password (at least 8 characters) and click Save password.
My account
In My account you can change your name, the Dashboard language (notifications use it too) and your password, and see your company and your role. Team members can leave the company from here; the owner can't.
