Payments
Record commission received, deposits, installments and rent you collected, and refunds, and the deal's figures update themselves.
Payments are all the money received or refunded on your deals: your commission, or money you hold for the deal like deposits, installments and rent. Every time you record one, the deal's figures (Commission collected, Commission owed, net) are recalculated automatically.
Open PaymentsWho can do this: owner and managers. Plans: Growth, Pro and the free trial.
PropDrop doesn't collect money
There are no online payments here. You record money you actually received (transfer, cash, cheque…) so your accounts are right.

Refunds and cancelled deals
If a deal falls through and you return the deposit or commission, record a Refund of the same kind, and set the deal to Cancelled or Refunded so the unit goes back to available.
Commissions
Set your commission on each deal as a percentage or fixed amount, split it with the closing agent, track what's collected and overdue, and print a commission statement.
Expenses
Record marketing, portal ads, referral fees and running costs, in general or on a specific deal, so you see your real net.
