Working hours
Set your team's hours for each day, add holidays and half days, and see how the AI agent uses them.
Working hours are the times your team is available. Only owners and managers can change them.

The agent replies 24/7
The AI agent doesn't stop outside working hours. It replies to clients at any time, but:
- If your team is offline right now, it tells the client your team will follow up during working hours.
- It only suggests viewing times inside your working hours.
- If every day is closed, it tells clients your team will get back to them later.
Set the hours for each day
Turn on the days you work
Each day (Saturday to Friday) has a switch. A day that's off shows Closed. When you turn a day on it starts at 10:00 to 20:00, which you can change.
Set the ranges
Fill in From and To for each range. If you work split shifts (say, morning and evening), click Add a range. A day can have up to 3 ranges, and you can drop one with Remove range.
Copy to the other days
If the hours are the same, set the first open day and click Copy the first day to all open days. Closed days stay closed.
Save
Click Save changes.
- Times are in the timezone from your Company profile, shown under the table.
- The end time must be after the start time, and ranges can't overlap.
Holidays and special days
For public holidays, days off, or any day with different hours. That day overrides your weekly hours, and the AI agent knows about it and won't suggest viewings then.
Click Add a day
In the Holidays and special days card, click Add a day.
Pick the day
Choose the date (today or later). If that day already has a setting, the new one replaces it.
Choose the status
- Closed all day: your team isn't available at all.
- Half day: set the Opening hours that day (one range or more).
Add a note (optional)
For example "Eid al-Adha holiday". The AI agent may mention it to clients.
Upcoming days show in the list with Closed all day or Half day and the hours. Past days disappear on their own. You can remove any day from the list.
Tip
Add Eid and public holidays ahead of time, so the agent never suggests a viewing on a day your team is off.
