Comment replies
Pick Instagram and Facebook Page posts, link each to a unit or project, and every comment gets a public reply plus a DM with the details.
Every post about a unit or a new launch gets "how much?" and "details please" comments. Instead of someone on your team answering each one, PropDrop replies under the comment and sends the person a DM about the unit or project. When they answer the DM, the conversation lands in your inbox and the AI agent takes it from there.

Before you start
- Instagram posts: Instagram Direct must be connected, with
instagram_manage_commentson the token. - Facebook Page posts: Messenger must be connected, with
pages_read_user_contentandpages_manage_engagementon the token. - In your Meta app: subscribe the Instagram webhook to
commentsand the Page webhook tofeed.
If the token is missing a permission, Required actions shows "Your Meta token doesn't have …, so comments can't be answered publicly."
Messenger and Instagram are on Growth, Pro and the free trial, and so are comment replies. How many posts you can turn on depends on your plan; see Settings → Plan & billing.
Turn on replies for a post
Pick the post
Your posts lists your Instagram posts and reels and your Page posts. Filter with Show posts from (Instagram and Facebook, Instagram only, Facebook only), and click Refresh posts if a new one is missing. Click the post.
Unit or project
Pick the unit or project the post is about. The DM is about it, and the AI agent knows it when the person answers. You can also choose Not linked (general reply).
Only reply when the comment includes (optional)
Comma-separated keywords, like "price, how much, details". Leave empty to reply to every comment. Matching is forgiving with Arabic spelling variants and diacritics.
DM message
Choose the DM type: Text or Text + buttons. In the text, {name} is their username and {item} is the unit or project name. Left empty, we use a ready message such as:

{name}👋 Thanks for your comment! Would you like the prices and payment plans for{item}?
The ready message follows the comment's language (Arabic or English). What they'll see shows a preview.
Buttons (with Text + buttons)
Up to 3 buttons, 20 characters each:

If Meta refuses the buttons, the text is sent on its own. The Unit page button is skipped if your public page is off or no unit or project is linked.
Public replies under the comment
One per line; we rotate them so Instagram doesn't flag repeated replies. Left empty, we use ready ones like "We've sent you the details in DM 💬".
Turn on Reply to comments on this post and save
The post shows On, with a counter like "12 replied · 0 failed".
One DM per person
Each person gets one DM per post, even if they comment several times. Meta allows one DM per comment until the person answers, so end the DM with a question to get them talking.
Stop a post
Open the post and click Stop and remove, or switch it off. You'll see "Comment replies stopped for this post".
